We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied please contact us here to arrange a product exchange, store credit or refund. You need to contact us within 14 days of your order being shipped to be eligible for this offer.
If the goods are faulty or damaged we will cover the cost of the return freight back to Healthy Kiwis. If the goods are being returned for any other reason then the cost of the return freight is your responsibility.
No returns of any orders are accepted.
If an order is lost in transit or damaged by the courier company then you will be offered the option of a refund or replacement goods. The courier company will be the sole arbiter of whether the goods have been delivered successfully or damaged in transit.
