These terms apply to shipments outside of Australia and New Zealand.
No returns of any orders are accepted.
If an order is lost in transit or damaged by the courier company then you will be offered the option of a refund or replacement goods. The courier company will be the sole arbiter of whether the goods have been delivered successfully or damaged in transit.
Any customs duties and taxes payable are your responsibility. No refunds will be issued for orders that can't be delivered as a result of your country's customs department not allowing the goods to be imported into the country.
All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and all orders are processed in NZ Dollars.
